Multipin-Plane Plasma Reactor
The multipin plasma reactor contains 88 pins arranged in a 11 x 8 uniformly spaced grid with a spacing of 20 mm x 20 mm. The distance between the tip of the pin and the plane electrode can be varied between 10 mm to 60 mm in steps of 10 mm. The reactor has been designed to operate in ambient humid air using food-grade materials. The stainless steel ensures that the electrodes are non-corrosive and rust-free despite the exposure to several chemically active species of plasma. The geometric configuration of the reactor has been carefully optimized for maximum power efficiency when operating in ambient air.

Features

  • Real-time control for voltage and frequency tuning
